Christine Valmy Esthetics and Makeup school located in Times Square, is seeking a Bi Lingual (Spanish) Beauty Career Advisor to act as liaison with local spas, salons, and other beauty-industry employers to build positive relationships and facilitate the recruitment of our alumni. Great opportunity for someone who wants a career in the beauty field and education.

The Beauty Career Advisor will be responsible for:

• Networking with industry professionals as a representative of Christine Valmy
• Organizing opportunities for students and alumni to connect with potential employers
• Coaching graduates of esthetics, makeup, waxing, and nails programs to succeed in the workforce, including job searching and preparing for state licensing exams
• Maintaining employment records of graduates for the purposes of accreditation
• Vetting local beauty businesses and nurturing ongoing relationships to be aware when they are hiring
• Matching qualified alumni with appropriate job opportunities
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills

Required Experience:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and collect/organize documentation.
• Demonstrated telephone, computer, video calls and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of class hours require
• Ability to network and build relationships with Spas and Salons
• Customer service experience
• Ability to follow up with tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G.suite
• Knowledge of Sales and Career Paths.
