Quality Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager, located in Pine Brook, NJ. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and procedures meet the company's standards of excellence. Day-to-day tasks include managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, developing and implementing quality management systems, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvements in product quality.

 

I. Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for Christine Valmy Inc.

         Formalize our Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

         Manage and maintain all required product and material specifications

        Lead the creation of a Continuous Improvement culture.

        Ensure the availability and calibration of all quality instruments.

        Proactively communicate and collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and coordination of all Quality requirements and initiatives.

        Collect, track, and analyze Quality performance data and develop and lead the execution of action plans to continuously improve

II. Quality Training and Documentation

        Create, maintain, and update necessary procedures, forms, and aids to execute and record all required actions, ensuring that products and materials conform to specifications.

        Establish training requirements and frequency for personnel.

         Ensure training is completed as required

         Maintain necessary records

III. Quality Assurance

        Implement formal systems for verifying conformance of materials and products.

        Implement necessary controls, labeling, and other measures to ensure that only properly inspected and released materials are transacted.

IV. Quality Process Control

        Collaborate with the Production Team to implement necessary in-process controls, testing, and inspections to minimize variability and detect nonconformities as early in the process as possible.

V. Customer Complaints and Nonconformance

        Create and administer the system for documenting, investigating, and resolving product and packaging-related customer complaints.

        Document, investigate, and resolve internally identified nonconformances.

        Establish the root cause of issues and required corrective and preventive actions to eliminate.

        Establish monitoring and review systems to monitor progress and identify unresolved issues.

        Establish a product recall procedure

VI. Audits

        Establish an internal audit program and schedule to confirm compliance with procedures and policies.

        Coordinate and lead 2nd and 3rd party audits and manage all findings to assure satisfactory resolution.

VII. Product Development

        Collaborate with the Development team to develop and maintain standards for product and package evaluation, as well as the creation of standards and specifications.

        Support the scale-up and commercialization of formulas
